April 1, 1996
Following up on an idea from Drew Baker, the original gang of three: Damon Sayler, Steve Adams, and Wayne Peterson meet to discuss the possibility of starting a new Lodge.
May 1, 1996
The Apogee in Renton becomes the site of the first formal committee meeting. Subsequent meetings are held throughout the month of May. Drew Baker, Jeff Brunson, Frank Rinehart, and Don Wright are asked to join the committee.
June 6, 1996
Frank S Land is chosen over "Jacques DeMolay" and "Comradeship" as the name for the proposed Lodge. It was felt that Senior DeMolays or anyone associated with DeMolay would know the significance of the name Frank S Land.
November 8, 1996
The Committee to form Frank S Land Lodge sponsors the annual Chevalier Observance. This becomes a regular event on the Frank S Land calendar.
January 27, 1997
VW Jeff Brunson attends an MRC Board meeting with the proposal that Frank S Land be allowed to meet at the MRC. In addition, any MRC resident Mason would be afforded membership at no charge. The board unanimously approved.
January 29, 1997
The Committee to Form Frank S Land Lodge meets to establish the standing committees of the Lodge.
February 5, 1997
A "Petition for Dispensation for New Lodge" was submitted to the Grand Lodge signed by 18 founding members and accompanied with three Petitions for Degrees. Thorton F McElroy #302 votes to sign the "Certificate Recommending Dispensation."
March 8, 1997
Dispensation is granted. MW George Jurgich appoints VW Jeff Brunson as Worshipful Master.
March 15, 1997
Frank S Land Lodge meets for the first time under dispensation.

April 12, 1997
Senior DeMolays Wayne Peterson, Jim Mendoza, and Doug Haughton are initiated as Entered Apprentice Masons. The very first for Frank S Land Lodge.
May 17, 1997
Brothers Wayne Peterson, Jim Mendoza, and Doug Haughton are raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason.

Grand Lodge June 13, 1997
At 4:13 PM, a motion is passed establishing Frank S Land Lodge, Under Dispensation as Frank S Land Lodge No. 313.
November 15, 1997
Frank S Land Lodge No. 313 is formally constituted. VW Jeffery Brunson is formally installed as the Lodge's first Worshipful Master.
